Sunday’s race was a reminder to battle for every finish line like the next generation is watching. @akbryar pushed through a hamstring injury and brutal heat on race day to get to this moment at the end of the Providence Marathon. She’s truly an incredible role model.

MEN ARE TAUGHT TO BE STRONG, BUT RARELY HOW TO DEAL WITH PAIN. 🖤 Society expects men to provide, perform and keep everything under control. But what happens when the pressure becomes too much? People see the muscles, the tattoos, the confidence. What they don’t see are the sleepless nights, the constant overthinking and the emptiness inside. Some become so good at hiding their struggles that nobody even notices anymore. They keep smiling, working and pretending everything is fine. Not because they are, but because they don’t want to burden others with their problems. And sometimes it’s not even about chasing big dreams anymore. It’s about getting through another day, wondering if that emptiness inside will ever go away. Looking strong doesn’t mean feeling strong. And silence doesn’t mean peace. This Movember, check on your people. You never know what someone is carrying. 🖤 #movember #mentalhealth #takecareofyou #takecareofeachother #youarenotalone
