aespa’s Giselle (@aespa_official) is facing lip-syncing accusations after a clip from her birthday fan event went viral online! 👀🎤 On October 30, Giselle held her “2026 GISELLE B-day PARTY [In MY Blood]” at Myunghwa Live Hall in Seoul, celebrating her 26th birthday with fans. However, a clip from the event quickly sparked controversy after an X user accused Giselle of lip-syncing during her performance. In the viral footage, Giselle can be seen covering her face and becoming emotional near the microphone, leading some viewers to question whether the vocals continued while she was no longer singing directly into it. The post gained millions of views, with users debating whether the moment suggested the use of prerecorded vocals or backing tracks. 😳 However, fans who attended the event have defended Giselle, saying they could hear her live vocals throughout the performance and arguing that the short clip doesn’t tell the full story. While the footage has fueled discussion about live singing and backing tracks in K-pop, the clip alone doesn’t establish whether Giselle was lip-syncing. Do you think the clip raises questions about the performance, or is the controversy being blown out of proportion? 👀💬 🎥 Video via X: funny0ver__ #aespa #GISELLE #지젤 #에스파 #kpop

You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔 And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window! There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY! Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role. And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control. For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself. As you can see in the photo above… I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days. But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it. And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that. I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat. I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health. Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable. Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL. I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching. Because what works for one person might not work for another. We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs. So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶 Use the link in bio @mealengine to find out more!
