✨ Once one of Charlotte’s most popular nightlife destinations, the former EpiCentre has faced years of declining occupancy and changing ownership. Now, the new partnership hopes to bring fresh energy, investment, and activity back to the heart of Uptown.

🚧 While specific redevelopment plans have not yet been announced, the acquisition could pave the way for a revitalized destination for dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment!
