Washingtonians will wait and see whether the harmful, anti-child initiative I-638 will become law. We’ll be watching the ballot returns closely over the next few days until every vote is counted. We’re hopeful that voters stood strong against the national MAGA campaign to scapegoat a handful of vulnerable trans children. A huge thank you to the thousands of volunteers, donors, and orgs who stood up against the mega-millionaires and anti-LGBTQ+ forces trying to take over our state. Regardless of the outcome, we will work to make sure Washington is a great place to live, work, and raise children of every color, religion, background, sexual orientation, ability, and gender.

At 68, I still want to dance, laugh, travel, train and say YES to life. 🕺❤️ Because what’s the point of adding years to your life if you can’t enjoy the moments that make it worth living? I haven’t always paid this much attention to my energy and health. But I’ve realised that if I want to keep doing the things I love, I need to be proactive about looking after myself. That’s why my daily routine matters. I stay active, train consistently, eat well, prioritise recovery and pay attention to my cellular health. One thing I’ve added to my routine is NAD+. NAD+ is naturally found in your body and plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism. Levels can decline as we get older, which is why I became interested in supporting my NAD+ levels. ⚡ I’m not chasing my younger years. I want to enjoy the years I’ve got ahead of me with strength, confidence and a love for life. AND I’M NOT READY TO TURN THE MUSIC DOWN JUST YET! 😂 If you’re curious about the NAD+ supplement I take, here’s your chance to find out. 👇 COMMENT “ENERGY” AND I’LL SEND YOU THE PRODUCT DETAILS. Don’t keep putting your health and wellbeing at the bottom of your to-do list. (Follow me first so my message doesn’t land in your hidden requests.) NEVER STOP MOVING. NEVER STOP GROWING. NEVER STOP SMILING. 🧡 #usa #longevity #health #fitness #newyou
