Nowadays, you really should be ready for anything, and apparently that also means being able to survive a 90-day total grid collapse!? ⁣⁣🚨

Where is this coming from!? Well, the Pentagon reportedly wants USA bases ready to run on their own for 90 days if a big war breaks out, so if they’re planning for 90 days, then our homes should have a plan too. 🏡⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I will warn you in advance: it’s extensive, but instead of feeling overwhelmed, pick a few things you can improve so you and your family have a solid plan to stay safe!⁣⁣ 👏🏻

It’s better to have things and to not need them than to need them and not have them. And while 90 days may seem extreme to prep for, many people have endured 150+ days with NO power after major storms.🌪️

Could your family survive that!? ⁣⁣🥹

My 19-page, totally FREE guide covers 195 must-haves for a 90-day grid collapse, including food, water, heat, first aid, check lists and yes, even my fave supplies like a safer kibble for your pets! 🐶⁣⁣

The proper death face talks for itself lol 💀 - I am incredibly depleted at this point. Very flat and depleted, pushed my body really hard since my last show 2 weeks ago (and the 35 weeks I’ve been on prep to be fair lol).

Started refeeding yesterday as there is no more fat to lose and it’s definitely time to bring that physique back to life a bit and fill up those muscles. My baseline for past 2 weeks has been 2200kcals, I now increased to 2800kcals. No other changes so far. It’s just about assessing and adjusting on a daily basis from now on.

Still managed to get a little pump during my push session so had to take pictures of it as a proof it happened and keep it as a souvenir 🤣

Obsessed with the end look!

😘😘

ROTSW SESSION 5 🤯

The final session of my trip where I ambitiously aimed to send my first 9a in just under 2 weeks. Sending a day before my flight home just in time for winter training, it couldn’t have been any better….

until I fired off the final hold 🤣🤣

Looks like I’m staying in Vegas lol.

No way can I leave after dropping the last move. Regardless it was one of the most fun sessions, I couldn’t have a better crew to be trying this with right now.

Sticking the sloper 3x from the start in one session is a huge breakthrough, I’ll keep pushing and make sure I send this boulder

Vamos hostia!
