Hi! Iโm unable (for days) to get the ParkMobile app to allow me to create an account- keeps saying network error. I will need to pay for parking next week. Is there an IT person who monitors the app? Iโm concerned I will get there and be unable to pay for parking (I read something that says certain cell carriers have issues with parking WIFI too)
