He was born in 1882, seven years before the infamous German chancellor.

His family had settled in the area in 1799, before Ohio even became a state. His father was named George Washington, after the first president of the United States.

His unusual first name wasn't considered particularly strange at the time. It was an established name for both men and women, derived from a word meaning "happy" or "cheerful." The word didn't become widely associated with its modern meaning until much later in the 20th century.

After graduating from dental school in 1905, he opened a practice in Circleville, where he worked for roughly 40 years. During his lifetime, a surname associated with a respected local family became one of the most infamous in world history.

His family had no known connection to the German dictator. They had been prominent landowners and farmers for generations, donating land for schools, parks, and a cemetery. Several local roads still bear their surname.

He passed away in 1948, just three years after WW2 ended.

Lakini si mmeona mtu mchokozi ni nani😫🤣🤣?!

"Donald, look, I know you struggled with my name. So after J.D. swears me in in January, you can just go on and call me Senator."
In remarks to supporters following his historic Senate win, Abdul El-Sayed cast his successful Senate campaign as a rebuke of Washington’s establishment and big-money politics.
El-Sayed also addressed the slew of attacks on his Muslim faith during the campaign cycle.
“They might have been pointing to my name and my faith, but we all know that my name and my faith aren’t the reason you can’t afford your gas, not the reason you can’t afford your groceries, not the reason you can’t see a doctor,” he said.
