Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare turns 12 today 🎮

If you’ve ever dropped an “F” in the chat after a friend took an L, this is where it started. Early in the campaign, you attend the funeral of your best friend, Will Irons. Walk up to his casket on PC and five words appear on screen: “Press F to Pay Respects.”

Back in 2014, the exo suits had players boost-jumping across rooftops, and Advanced Warfare finished the year as the world’s best-selling console game. Somehow, the part people still quote is a single key on the keyboard 😭

What’s the greatest Call of Duty game of all time? 💭

A father’s determination to find his missing daughter led to a shocking discovery. 💔

In December 2024, 14-year-old Emmarae Gervasi disappeared from Long Island, New York, sparking a desperate search by her family.

For 26 days, her father, Frank Gervasi, refused to give up. After receiving a tip about her whereabouts, he tracked her down to a yacht in January 2025, where he found her alive and brought her to safety.

The case later became part of a disturbing investigation into an alleged child tr*fficking operation, with nine individuals reportedly indicted in connection with the case.

What began as a father’s desperate search turned into a story of survival, determination, and a parent’s refusal to give up on their child. ❤️
