Comment APP and I’ll send you my step-by-step workouts to finally build your Ultimate physique! 🔥 I know you’re working HARD! But has anyone actually taught you HOW to train the NEW body you have after having a baby?! Your abs feel SO different. Your rib cage and posture have changed. Exercises you used to feel in all the right places now seem to go straight into your lower back or hip flexors. And the advice is STILL… “Just get back to your workouts.” 🫠 Ladies, getting back to moving your body and knowing WHAT and HOW to train considering ALL those MAJOR and minor adaptations are two different things. I’m working on GAME-CHANGING details most women will probably never be taught: ✅ Connecting to my deep abs while continuing to BREATHE ✅ Moving through my mid-back + rib cage mobility ✅ Working on rib flare + my high hinge point ✅ Training the connection between my back and opposite glute And if you’re reading those points thinking, “I don’t even know what that means”, how would you, if nobody ever taught you? That’s exactly why I spend SO much time teaching these details. You deserve to understand your body and program in the BEST exercises 💪🏼 #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #postpartumfitness #ribflare
A Reddit user known as 3lizardintrenchcoat contacted Steam support after deleting many purchased and beloved games from their library during episodes of manic depression, asking if it was possible to restore them or at least receive a list of everything they had owned. A support agent named Lucy replied the next day, saying not to worry and that Steam understood the situation, then confirmed the games had been restored to the library . The user said they had never encountered a company as kind as Steam, explaining that their high-functioning depression comes with episodes where they blame something for "causing" it and delete or destroy it, and that they have since started keeping a digital journal as a safeguard. ✍️: u/3lizardintrenchcoat
