A man downloaded Dexter: Resurrection through BitTorrent and received a copyright infringement notice from Paramount through Starlink just two days later. Sam Guichelaar shared the incident on X, saying he had never received a warning like this before, despite years of downloading torrents. The complaint, dated October 31, came from Vobile, a company that monitors online piracy on behalf of copyright holders. It identified alleged BitTorrent activity linked to his internet connection and requested that Starlink take action. Starlink forwarded the notice, warning that downloading copyrighted material without permission could lead to his internet service being suspended or terminated, as well as possible legal action from Paramount. What caught people's attention was the speed. Within 48 hours of downloading the show, Guichelaar had already received a formal warning from his internet provider, complete with details of the alleged infringement.
Video captured a red SUV repeatedly slamming into Steak & Egger at Cermak and Racine in Pilsen today Wednesday morning. The footage shows the driver reversing before driving into the restaurant again. Toward the end, a person exits the driver’s side and moves behind the SUV and flees the scene. #chicago #breakfast #steaknegger
A little color key before I start the big one. Really@excited about this one featuring @blake.tahoe . I have been using Walnut oil which is the opposite of what i usually work with which is Galkyd lite. The reason is that the cloud is a monster that literally never stop blending So I think I m gonna need the paint to stay fresh over night. It does feel really nice and smooth with walnut. I painted this one this afternoon. Just finished. It s a 10x7 inches. Not for sale. ✌🏻😘
Ilhan Omar is heading back to Congress for a fifth term, even after federal agents raided her Washington, D.C., home just weeks before Election Day. The Minnesota Democrat defeats Republican John Nagel in the heavily Democratic 5th Congressional District as federal investigators examine questions surrounding her immigration paperwork. Omar denies wrongdoing and has not been charged with a crime. She accuses President Trump of using federal law enforcement to target her politically.
