A Kenyan domestic worker identified as Joy has died in Saudi Arabia after collapsing while playing football with her employer’s young son inside their home.

According to reports, her employer was recording the game when Joy suddenly fell to the floor and began convulsing.

She was rushed to hospital, where doctors reportedly confirmed that she had suffered a heart attack.
