What a myth it is that by a certain age we will have ‘arrived’.
We are all work in progresses no matter what our age is.
For me, I’m grateful that my thirties have been primarily about self-awareness and putting myself first so that I can dedicate time to work on these things.

My 30’s have been the same. I’ve absolutely loved 5 years of being myself, learning, growing, understanding me. But it’ll forever be a work in progress. 30’s are 100% my favourite years
