E3 TRI

Last night, the @e3tri.tribe team had so much fun racing together at our “local” race - the Lazy Crazy Triathlon in Kingsport, TN! This race is always a highlight on our race calendar since it brings so many new athletes into the triathlon world. We had over 20 athletes participate in the race this year, and we loved seeing this event grow in total participation numbers too! We definitely recommended trying this one if you’re curious about triathlons but aren’t sure about a long distance course. The 300yd swim is in a lazy river. The bike course is 5.7 miles along rolling hills, and the run is a flat-ish 5k on golf course paths. This race takes place during FunFest and we’d love to see you there next year in July! #lazycrazytriathlon #lazycrazytri #triathlon #beginnertriathlon #beginnertriathlete #tri365 #triathlontraining #triathlete #swimbikerun
