Absolutely LOVE everything you stand for and would love nothing more than to rave about these diapers but we have had constant issues. Either with numerous shipping problems (sending the wrong sizes, multiple times in a row and multiple occasions ) and now repeated breaking of tabs on diapers while putting them on my baby. Sizing is not the issue as she is the starting weight for the size we are using. We had 4 break back to back in one sitting and multiple others, and believe me I am not thaaat strong to be ripping these apart with zero force. Please please fix these issues as I would love nothing more than to continue our subscription but at a point this becomes more of a hassle and not worth the price.

Wanted so much to support this company but horrible customer service as it’s nonexistent! I’ve been waiting on a delivery and the tracking info they provide gave no real assistance. Delivery company says incomplete address and no telephone number to call only “start a chat” and get the same autogenerated message and this company has no way to contact them either besides email then an automated response is sent which is simply kicked out that’s no help. I miss when companies actually had phone numbers to call and customer service representatives who could assist. I’ll be canceling my subscription for sure!

I love the message and what the company stands for. The love the stretchy tabs. However, I’ve had more leaking problems with these diapers because they fit weird. And my baby goes through 5-6 diapers a day but to get through my subscription in a month without running out early I can only use 4 diapers a day. That means I have to leave my baby in a diaper for 3-4 hours before changing her, doesn’t allow for a poopy diaper change before her last diaper goes on for bed. Anyone else have this issue?

Love their values but unfortunately the diapers suck. I’m so sad. The urine seeps through. Don’t even last 3 hours. For the first time in 7 months I’m changing the diaper in the middle of the night. And the pjs. And the sheets. Such a bummer bc I wanted these to work so badly.

These diapers give my baby a terrible rash. I thought she was allergic until I noticed my neighbor who recommended them. Her child also had a rash. Do you have any creams you can recommend?

I like the wipes, but the diapers are not very comfortable, when they fill up they get uncomfortable for baby kinda harden up, for the price and the cause, make them more comfy 🙏
