طرز تهیه مربای هویج مجلسی و رول‌شده ✨

مواد لازم:

• ۱ کیلوگرم هویج تازه
• ۱ کیلوگرم شکر
• هل
• زعفران یا گلاب
• آب
• نمک
• آبلیمو

طرز تهیه:

🥕 ابتدا هویج‌ها را پوست می‌گیریم و با استفاده از پوست‌گیر یا اسلایسر، آن‌ها را به‌صورت نوارهای باریک و نازک برش می‌دهیم. سپس نوارهای هویج را داخل آب‌نمک قرار می‌دهیم تا نرم شوند و حالت بگیرند و بتوانیم آن‌ها را رول کنیم.

⏳ پس از یک ساعت، هویج‌ها را آبکشی می‌کنیم. سپس نوارها را رول کرده و با استفاده از سوزن و نخ، رول‌ها را به هم وصل می‌کنیم.

شکر و آب را روی حرارت قرار می‌دهیم تا شهد آماده شود. سپس رول‌های هویج را داخل شهد می‌گذاریم و اجازه می‌دهیم حدود ۳ ساعت روی حرارت بمانند تا مربا به غلظت مناسب برسد.

🍋 ۵ دقیقه قبل از خاموش کردن حرارت، مقدار کمی آبلیمو اضافه می‌کنیم تا از شکرک زدن مربا جلوگیری شود و ماندگاری آن افزایش یابد.

💗 در نهایت، اجازه می‌دهیم مربا به مدت ۱۲ ساعت خنک شود. سپس نخ‌ها را به‌آرامی از رول‌های هویج جدا می‌کنیم.
