happy 10 months to recovery, and happy 19th birthday to sofia!! i can’t believe that i can say that i have been in ed recovery for over ten months. although recovery can be tough at times, it is so worth it. i am also so blessed to have an incredible neighbor that has helped me grow into a better person each day with my relationship with christ, learning how to enjoy life again, and so much more! there is such a freeing feeling knowing that i can experience lovely occasions like this indoor picnic without feeling mentally drained. lastly, i have met some of the sweetest and most genuine people while in treatment, and i couldn’t have done it without them. if you are struggling, feel free to reach out for help because you deserve it<3
