Oh, Sinead. ♥️ When I was 12, I remember trying to learn how to dive during The Summer of “Nothing Compares 2 U.” I still can’t dive, but I became an immediate and lifelong fan. I owe so much to her (and Tori Amos). So passionate and talented and heartbreaking. Forever. 🕯️

For a second I read this as “learn to drive” at 12 and I’m like, “ok she maybe came up a little harder than I thought.”
