A 23-year-old Dallas woman, #KeonaHampton, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after fatally shooting 41-year-old #CeciliaSimpson following an argument that reportedly began over a failure to say “thank you” after Simpson held a door open for her at a Five Below store.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the disagreement continued after both women moved to a nearby PetSmart. In the parking lot, the confrontation turned physical before Hampton pulled out a handgun and shot Simpson three times. Simpson later died from her injuries. Think of it like a budget. Your body has a certain amount of stress it can tolerate and recover from at any given time, and that budget isn’t always obvious.

Every climbing session, every workout, every rehab exercise, and every other activity makes a withdrawal.

And you don’t get to pretend something doesn’t count just because it wasn’t part of the plan.

Apparently, you can see up to SIX trains at once here! 🤯
I’ll have to come back and try again someday!!!
Thanks for sticking around! 🫶
