I did a deep dive into MIDI health’s compounded sermorelin. Could there BE any less evidence? (Read with a Chandler Bing voice). We have no safety data or efficacy data. I could find only one study from 2006. And that is using an FDA approved version, not this compound. MIDI does not link to any quality studies. One of the review chapters they link to actually states: To date, definitive conclusions regarding the functional effects of treatments, aimed at increasing growth hormone levels in healthy aged individuals compared to those of young healthy persons have been elusive until more studies are undertaken… conclusive statements about the merits of treatment cannot be made. Because midi health prescribes MHT does not give them a pass to sell sermorelin. If you use them and are happy, great. I am not judging you. I am judging midi. But ask yourself, what kind of onboarding happens with clinicians when these kinds of products are for sale and that they will be expected to manage? And if they are promoting this, what might that say about how they interpret other medical evidence. How do you dose something and monitor it when there are no studies to guideline you? Inevitably, mIdi clinicians come into my DMs defining the company. Really, you are defending this? Show me some actual data. Head to TheVajenda.com to read all the details
A few thins I had to learn marrying into my balkan husband’s culture ❤️ (and there’s more) some things surprised me, some made me laugh and some not so much but it’s still (and forever will be) a learning process… like that saying NO in a balkan family is actually possible! It just takes practice. which one is the most true in your family? and if you’re married to a balkan man too, tell me what’s helping YOU? 👀 #intercultural #internationalcouple #balkan #culture life in the balkans, traditions, argentina, latina, mixed couple, snajka
HU Staff: Kecia Gayle @kecia.kae Nicki Minaj has tried to recruit a killer doll to the red team, and the man who created him wasn’t having it on Election Day. ___________________________________________________ On Tuesday, the rapper posted an AI-generated image of Chucky in a pink suit and a “Vote Red” badge, with a caption wishing everyone a happy Election Day. The post was meant to nudge her followers toward Republican candidates. But it also sent the franchise’s creator, Don Mancini, straight to his keyboard. ___________________________________________________ Mancini answered fast. He replied right under her post and called the doll an “IMPOSTER,” insisting the real Chucky is riding with the blue wave. Then he got specific. In a separate post, he laid out the doll’s politics: Chucky has a trans kid, protects the dolls, and is anti-ICE. That’s a pointed reference, since the franchise gave Chucky a child, Glen, who later became Glenda. ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Getty Images /
