A fun Halloween weekend spent with our favorite girls!🎃👻 #gammaphibeta #gphi #sdsu #halloween
Food for thought - no judgment on the commenter 😉 I get that maybe the headline was misleading because most of the content you see with this type of headline does show a transformation, but that was kind of the point I was testing. Society loves a good physical transformation, and there are some pretty incredible ones out there. I applaud the hard work and dedication that goes into that. But as someone who has not had one of those jaw-dropping fat loss or recomp transformations, it’s interesting to me that this seems to be the main thing that the general public values. It’s almost as if your hard work isn’t worth as much if you didn’t go through one of these transformations 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I’m truly not looking for validation from strangers (despite what some of the trolls might have you believe on my feed😉). I am, however, looking to change the conversation about health and fitness. As you know, I’m much more about performance than physique, but I think it would be great if people could just look at an obviously healthy, strong body and think “that’s a strong body right there!” rather than only consider a conditional compliment based on how far you’ve come. That’s the way my brain operates anyway. When I see someone who looks healthy, full of vitality, and clearly strong, I will tell them so, without knowing where they started from, and in fact often without knowing what they do for health and fitness. My two cents worth – what do you think? I’m genuinely curious. . #juststrong #midlifefitness #over50andfit #transformationreels #over50andfabulous

You all know I love a fusion ;) So for BLUF this leather pride, I got the amazing satin shirt from @london_york_executive together with classic leather. The feel was amazing!
🚨 FIFA have tested 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 at the u15 World Cup, with the aim of helping the young players 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 the with ball. 🌎📋 They’ve tested some changes to the traditional game, like: • Match format: 8 vs 8, game time - two 20-minute halves; • 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬; • kick-ins instead of throw-ins; • offside only applies beyond special marked lines 14 metres from goal line. FIFA Chief of Global Football Development, Arsene Wenger said: “At this age, the most important thing is to play. When you love a sport, you want to know how 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 you are” ✨ 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥? 👀
