I’m officially an IFBB Pro. 🏆😭 13 years in this sport… and I finally get to write those words. I keep thinking about the times I left a show disappointed. Questioning myself. Thinking about everything I still needed to improve. Today, I want to take this in. Let myself be proud. And thank the people who helped me get here. @calum_teamprocoach , thank you for your guidance, your honesty and all the work we’ve put in together over the years. My wife @paulina.smag , you know what these preparations are really like. You’ve seen the exhaustion, the doubts and the days when I wasn’t easy to be around. Thank you for your patience, your love and for being beside me through all of it. I love you. ❤️ To my family, friends and everyone who’s supported me — especially after the shows where I came home disappointed — thank you for continuing to believe in me. There’s so much more I want to say, but right now I’m just happy. And grateful that I get to share this moment with you. We did it. ❤️🙏 #Insane #IFBBPRO

What I would do starting now: - Trade guys like Pickens, Clark, Bland, Schoonmaker ASAP. Especially Pickens so you don’t let him walk for nothing in the offseason. - Don’t fire anyone midseason. It does nothing. - Fire Schotty and Parker in the offseason - Hire Tomlin or Flores, a guy with EXPERIENCE and a specialty - Hire a new offensive coordinator to call plays
