You know I'm still getting after it on holiday 💅🏽⁣ ⁣ #girlswholift #flex
If I was 100kg I’d still be able to do some reps 💪🏼😄 also so cool that this is just a random set when it used to be my 1RM. Less than 2 weeks out 🫡
With her victory, Gina Hinojosa will become the first Latina governor in Texas history. Congratulations, Governor-elect 🇺🇲
The connection between inflammation and mental health is well established. If we want to teach people to get the root cause of any mental health symptom, we have to teach people how to reduce inflammation in the body. Nutrition, movement, and sleep are some of the most important ways to do this. What we often over look is how deception and repression can trigger inflammatory responses. When we’re not honest or when we repress our true emotions or needs for extended periods of time, we trigger both a psychological and physiological stress responses linked to inflammatory markers. Ways to lower inflammation through honesty: 1. When you’re not fine, don’t say you are: Be honest about how you feel, if you’re upset, and how someone impacted you 2. Stop saying yes when you mean no: Every time you override your own limits to keep the peace, your body pays the price. 3. Admit when you’re tired: Rest isn’t something you have to earn, and pushing when you’re exhaustion can be a form of self deception. 4. Tell the truth about what you need: Asking for help, space, or reassurance is better than hoping people guess and resenting them when they don’t. 5. Stop performing happiness: Constantly managing how you’re perceived to others is exhausting and keeps you disconnected from how you actually feel. 6. Be honest with *yourself* about what’s draining you: A relationship, a job, a habit. You can’t change what you won’t name. #selfhealers
Fairuz (born Nouhad Wadie Haddad) is an iconic Lebanese singer, widely regarded as one of the greatest vocalists in the Arab world. Born in Beirut in November 20 1934, she rose from a modest radio chorus singer in the 1940s to an international superstar, bridging Eastern and Western musical traditions. Throughout the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990), Fairuz continued to tour globally but notably refused to perform within Lebanon to avoid appearing biased. Her unifying voice transcended sectarian lines, and her songs of peace and love became an anchor for the Lebanese people. She has recorded nearly 1,500 songs, performed in 20 musicals, and starred in major musical films (like Safar Barlik). She has performed at iconic international venues, including the Royal Albert Hall in London and Carnegie Hall in New York. She is celebrated not just as an entertainer, but as a living symbol of Arab heritage and unity.#_فيروز #اكسبلورط#يامرسال_المراسيل #فيروزيات_الصباح❤
