🍗 WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE HALAL OPTIONS AT CERTAIN HOUSTON AREA POPEYES 🍗

It’s been a busy day! After a certain video went viral, our DMs started pouring in!

We’ve been independently verifying several Popeyes locations in the Houston area that are now getting their chicken and beef tallow from a halal certified vendor. The verified locations are listed in this post.

We got too many DMs to answer one by one, so we put together this post to get everyone the correct information.

⚠️ Please read each slide carefully, including the “what’s not halal” and “keep in mind” slides, and do what you will with this information. Halal standards and comfort levels differ from person to person, so make the decision that’s right for you.

✅ Only visit the locations listed in this post for now
📞 Always confirm with the store manager before ordering
➕ We’re still working on verifying more locations, so stay tuned!

Before I close this birthday chapter, thank you for all the love, wishes and blessings. 🥹🤍

I’ve spent the last few days celebrating another year of life, but somewhere between all the celebrations, I realised something.

We spend so much of our lives wanting to be loved, understood, chosen and celebrated by others that sometimes we forget the one person who’s been with us through absolutely everything. Ourselves.

I’ve been so many versions of me. Some I loved, some I struggled to understand, some I’m still learning to forgive. But every single one of them brought me here.

Somewhere between wanting to be independent and never wanting to leave my people behind, between making mistakes and making memories, between building a life and learning to live it… I became someone my younger self would be proud of.

And if there’s one thing I want to tell you, it’s this:

No matter who stays, who leaves, what works out or what doesn’t, please don’t ever leave your own side.

Be the person you can come home to. Celebrate your little wins. Forgive yourself for your mistakes. Make yourself happy, even on the days when nobody else knows how to.

Love people with your whole heart, but save some of that love for yourself too.

I’m still building, still dreaming, still figuring things out. And for once, I’m not in a hurry to become someone else.

Thank you for being a part of my journey and for making this birthday so special.

Here’s to growing older without leaving the little us behind. 🤍
