Mama Jasim never missed a chance to vote. ❤️ She loved @abdulelsayed like a third son and believed in him since 2018. I can only imagine how proud she’d be to see him running for Senate today.

Allah yerhamich, Mama.

Michigan, make your voices heard! 🗳️ And if you still have your mama, kiss her head and remind her that her voice matters. What I wouldn’t give for one more Election Day with Mama Jasim. ❤️ did you vote yet? #arab #muslim #hijab #michigan #trump

There are so many stories of Maharajji knowing people’s secrets or darkest thoughts and yet at the same time, these people report feeling loved in such a way that they’ve never felt before.

Imagine someone knowing the things you’re ashamed or embarrassed of and yet inspite of that, feeling so very held and loved.

This is unconditional love. This is the gift Maharajji gave. Even without his body we can tap into that feeling, tap into that river of grace.

“When Maharajji looked at you, you felt he knew everything - not to judge you, but to free you.”

🌼 Marriage itself is a life risk for women. But besides that, childbirth is an undeniable life risk for women. Women go through it multiple times. Plus living with your abuser and being financially dependent on your abuser and an entire system that works against you to keep you dependent & authority less.
👉 But no one thought someone should fast for a woman’s long life? May be the one who benefits the most from your life? But never.
Because Women made it Women REPLACEABLE.
Men made women replaceable.
Society made women replaceable.
And WE HAVE TO CHANGE THAT GIRLS…

A little reminder that soup can be the most exciting thing on the dinner table. Say “recipe” and I'll send it to you.

Especially when it's creamy pumpkin soup with fresh herbs, served in mini pumpkins and topped with golden puff pastry.
