Life Of A Beauty Professional✨
I’m not sure how anyone else makes it through the day, but I can share a bit of how I do:
•Prayer
•Tea
•Quiet Time
First thing I do when I step inside of The Lobby is pray over my space, energy and my clients coming into our space. Then my tea (preferably hot) , but when I’m in a rush the Lipton Citrus is my steez 🤌🏾 Lastly I take about 3-5 minutes of complete silence. It’s not long but I promise it’ll change your life.
