Paper dyeing and screen printing process for “ausziehen anziehen”. I tried to achieve a range of skin tones using natural materials only. I just got tired of the negative space on paper always being so white. And for making work on race it felt like whiteness was the underlying aspect of every piece. Technique wise, it took a lot boiling things, testing strips of paper, spraying/dipping/drying/combining, but I was so happy with the results!
