*Casting process*
The urethane mold has a rigid mold to keep it from flexing. Liquid latex used to fix shells and buttons into the mold. Once the concrete begins to set fiberglass reenforcement added to back.
Airbrushing is so satisfying. Some tiles are daytime and as it fades into twilight then night time shells and buttons for stars. Eternally grateful for the support of my mentor and friend Michael McGinnis!
