It’s absolutely none of my business how many times I said “um” and “you know” or my vocal fry… but I’m extremely grateful to @outleadership for inviting me to speak on a panel with such celebrated artists. I tend to shy away from being in front of the camera and this project scared me, so that’s why I did it. Speaking in a series apart of a global leadership summit for LGBTQ+ professionals used to be something I literally had nightmares about, but I did it.
