day 40 (part 1): 500ish miles, 9ish hours
days 38 and 39 were uneventful, having been mostly driving which I just counted for this day, it’s nearly impossible to tell what is going on in these pictures but, went in a cave today, it’s a lot cooler in person, just like the scale of redwoods, you can’t really take a picture of a cave and it turn out looking anything like real life
