The Houston-based power couple are building a life where love, family, and ambition can thrive together. They aren't just making music together; they are raising five children, supporting each other’s individual dreams, and creating a legacy that goes beyond the spotlight. Meet Tobechuckwu Dubem and Fat Nwigwe, our latest Rolling Stone Africa cover stars. The two open up about love, marriage, parenthood, and the values that keep them grounded. πŸ”— Read the full story link in bio. β€œI started following Tobe Nwigwe almost from the moment he began sharing his work on social media, and I’m still here, watching and enjoying the journey. He is blessed with incredible flows, and so is his wife. You have to love everything they have built together and how authentic they remain. This new project shows their heart and their connection to Naija, and of course to the East. I had the pleasure of meeting them when they came home a couple of years ago, and I’m delighted to see their continued growth into film, fashion and lifestyle, all on their own terms, with their own unmistakable aesthetic. What they are building is a wonder to behold. I’ve watched a lot of supplements rise and fall, and creatine is the one women keep talking themselves out of... It started as the bodybuilder’s supplement, so plenty of women never gave it a look. Then the weight gain rumor made it easy to cross off the list. Here’s how I’d start: Monohydrate is the most researched form. Take 3 to 5 grams a day, with or without food, any time of day. Mix the powder into water or a smoothie. Some people load with 20 grams a day for a week, but if you’re worried about water retention, skip the loading phase. I’ll be honest about the research... Most of it was done on men, and I want more studies on women. What we do have is strong enough that I’d rather you decide with the facts. Check with your doctor first if you have kidney problems or bipolar disorder. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, the data is too thin to say it’s safe. Comment CREATINE and I’ll send you my article with the dose, the form, and the full list of who should skip it. #artofbeingwell #selfhealers #creatine #womenshealth #supplements
