Lately I find myself drifting off into worries and limiting believes. Unrooted, searching for a vision or someone to show me the way.
It is in these moments that the horses can take me back to the present, and show me that I already know what way to go.
And I think, deep down we all know what we really want in life, but sometimes our visions are blurried by our ego, by worries, opinions and thoughts.
These can carry us so so far away from our core.
In these moments, all we need is to block out the noise, calm down the voices inside and around you, return to your true self, and then, simply trust the process.🤍

Jaaa helemaal mee eens! En ik deel dit gevoel ook wel, met de paarden maar ook in de rest van mijn leven. Soms voel ik me zo zeker in wat ik wil en moet/kan doen, en soms ben ik zo mega zoekende. Maar we komen er wel ❤️
