Another incredible road trip in the books! Met some amazing people, had really cool wildlife encounters and lots of time spent in nature. It’s funny every time I come home from a long trip, home looks and feels different. You realize home hasn’t changed but rather you have. That you’re looking at it from a different lens. When traveling, especially during a road trip, everywhere you go is new and your eyes wander with a curiosity. You meet people who come from different life experiences. You adapt the life of a wandering traveler. When you first arrive home, you’re still in that mindset, and you notice things you don’t normally notice. You approach people differently. After a few days, you slowly fall back into your daily routines and flow of life. But part of you is never the same. As per tradition, the salt flats picture with the vibe. I actually was driving away from the salt flats when I realized I didn’t take one. I was about 30 mins away and decided to turn around and add an hour to my drive just so I could take a picture with the vibe. It’s taken great care of me all 3 road trips. Sad to think it may be it’s last road trip as I’m looking to upgrade. Had to turn around for a sentimental picture.
