What happened in the midterms? My initial election night rant and thoughts 🙃

Funny thing about getting older: your eyesight gets worse, but your ability to see through people’s bullshit gets much better. Including your own.

This season is called: maturity.

It is not loud. It is not reactive. It does not need to prove anything to anyone. It is a subtle shift that happens somewhere deep inside you.

You begin to see things as they are. The energy behind words. The intention behind actions. The subtle misalignments you once ignored or explained away.

And something in you changes.

You no longer feel the urge to argue, to fix, or to make people understand you. You simply step back and let what becomes clear… be.

There is a steady calmness in that. One that is rooted.

Not because you no longer feel, but because you finally trust what you feel and listen to your intuition.

This is where a deeper kind of inner authority settles in. The kind that no longer asks for permission. The kind that does not need to announce itself.

You just see. And you move accordingly.
