📍مواد لازم برای ۵ نفر
گوشت چرخکرده۳۵۰ گرم
پیاز رنده و آب گرفته ۲ عدد
هویج ۳ الی ۴ عدد بزرگ
زرشک ۱۵۰ گرم
برنج ۳ پیمانه
پودرسیر، ، نمک ، فلفل سیاه، پاپریکا، پودر کاری از هرکدام یک ق چ برای گوشت
آرد سوخاری برای گوشت ۱ ق غ
کره برای تفت دادن هویج ۵۰ گرم
شکر برای هویج ۲ ق غ
زعفران دم کرده به میزان لازم

اگه زمان دارید گوشت قلقلی رو نیم ساعت داخل یخچال بذارید تا منسجم تر بشه و موقع سرخ کردن ترک نخوره

با این دستگاه تونیم ساعت آماده میشه😋👌🏻
اگه با قابلمه درست می کنید یک ساعته یه پلو مخلوط خوشمزه دارید.
