Not everything is in your control… and that’s the beauty of it 🦚♥️

20-year-old Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, who had accumulated 1,300 flight hours and 3 years of flying experience, has been identified by her family as the co-pilot among nine people killed in a Learjet 60 crash in Palm Beach County, Florida, on November 1, 2026. The aircraft was travelling from Austin, Texas, to North Eleuthera in the Bahamas.

Nathalia earned her private pilot’s licence in 2023 at just 17, while attending West Boca Raton Community High School. Her interest in aviation had already become a career pursuit before she finished school. Her mother confirmed that she was serving as the co-pilot on the flight.

Before the crash, the crew reported icing and moderate turbulence at 35,000 feet and received permission to climb to 37,000 feet. Shortly afterwards, they reported a rapid descent and transmitted a mayday call. All seven passengers and both crew members died.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating. Officials have reported preliminary indications that the aircraft may have begun breaking apart before impact, but the cause has not been established. Investigators are examining the weather conditions and the aircraft’s final moments; no conclusion has been reached about responsibility.

Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of everyone who lost their lives. #TheTrillionaireLife

IT’S FINALLY HERE!!! 🥹🧡🎶

I’ve been waiting for this moment, and I honestly can’t stop smiling!

FACETS OF BEING HUMAN is officially OUT NOW on all music platforms! ✨follow the link in bio!!!

This album is about everything that makes us human. The beautiful parts, the messy parts, the things we hide, the things we overcome, and all the versions of ourselves we’ve had to become to get here.

And there’s something special I want you to notice when you listen… ✨

Every song has a facet listed alongside its title. Each one represents a different part of the human experience, a different emotion, struggle, discovery, or piece of who we are.

Together, they tell a bigger story. And maybe, as you listen, you’ll recognize some of your own facets too.🪞✨

My biggest hope is that at least one of these songs makes you feel seen, understood, or a little less alone.

To everyone who’s listened, encouraged me, believed in me, or simply stayed to see where this journey would lead… THANK YOU. You’ve made this moment more special than I could have imagined.

Now, I have one tiny little favor… 😏

I did a deep dive into MIDI health’s compounded sermorelin. Could there BE any less evidence? (Read with a Chandler Bing voice).

We have no safety data or efficacy data.

I could find only one study from 2006. And that is using an FDA approved version, not this compound. MIDI does not link to any quality studies. One of the review chapters they link to actually states:

To date, definitive conclusions regarding the functional effects of treatments, aimed at increasing growth hormone levels in healthy aged individuals compared to those of young healthy persons have been elusive until more studies are undertaken… conclusive statements about the merits of treatment cannot be made.

Because midi health prescribes MHT does not give them a pass to sell sermorelin. If you use them and are happy, great. I am not judging you. I am judging midi. But ask yourself, what kind of onboarding happens with clinicians when these kinds of products are for sale and that they will be expected to manage? And if they are promoting this, what might that say about how they interpret other medical evidence.

How do you dose something and monitor it when there are no studies to guideline you?

Inevitably, mIdi clinicians come into my DMs defining the company. Really, you are defending this? Show me some actual data.
