❤️♾️ © secret_wish_aurorra
Comment MOVE and I’ll send you 3 FREE DAYS inside my MLAM Membership, with access to ALL my programs and challenges!! 💪🔥 Your scapula is meant to MOVE around your ribcage… not stay pinned “back and down” 24/7!! 👏😅 Let’s talk about WHY this matters, especially when it comes to core function!! Your serratus helps your scapula move around your ribcage, while your intercostals help manage rib movement, expansion, and compression. These muscles work VERY closely together!! 👏 So when we improve serratus function and get the scapula moving better, we can often improve how the ribcage itself moves, too. And this matters because when the scapula isn’t moving well around the ribcage, it can affect rib positioning, how we manage pressure, and how well we’re able to connect with our deep core. Which is why some women feel like they’re doing ALL the core work but still struggling with things like: ❌ Lower belly pressure ❌ Diastasis that isn’t improving ❌ Pelvic floor symptoms ❌ Difficulty connecting to their deep core Your body works TOGETHER!! 👏 If we’re missing mobility and function on the backside, it can make it harder to create better function on the front side, too. And THIS is why I program movements like this into my workouts. I know sometimes they seem small or even a little “random” 😂 but these intentional foundational pieces play a MASSIVE role in how our bodies move and function as a whole. Because it’s not just WHAT you’re doing… it’s HOW you’re doing it!! 😤👏 And I want women to understand WHY we’re doing these things so they can take what they’re learning and actually apply it to their strength training and everyday life!! Want to start training like this?! Comment MOVE and I’ll send you 3 FREE DAYS inside my MLAM Membership!! Come learn how to work WITH your body while building strength from the inside out!! 🤍💪 #fyp #postpartum #pelvicfloor #pregnant #postpartumfitness
Борио сам за свако радно место, сваку инвестицију, а данас гледамо одлазак инвеститора и свакодневно слушамо о отказима. Револуционарни терор и невероватно незнање и непознавање економије наносе огромну штету свим грађанима Србије.

A 17-year-old girl waded through deep floodwaters on her way home from her school bus stop in Florida. Her family says the flooding was the worst they've seen in years, leaving roads submerged and one of their vehicles floating in the street.
