every “beginner” workout online is secretly made for people who already know what they’re doing 🙃

they’re fast, they assume u already know the moves... and then you think YOU’RE the problem when you can’t keep up.

you were never the problem!! so I built Beginner Build 💛

6 weeks of slow, form focused strength workouts you can do at home with just dumbbells. longer rest between sets, 30 min a day, 4x a week, and I’m right there cueing you through every single rep (and struggling with you lol)

start today and you’ll finish right before the holidays 🎄

comment BUILD and I’ll send you the link to try it free for 14 days!! @dailythrive

One of the things I love most about dancing? The freedom to just be yourself 🤍

To move, interpret the music and connect with the person in front of you, without feeling like you have to fit into a certain way of dancing.

And I think that’s what makes every dance different. Two people bringing their own way of feeling the music into the same moment.

Thank you @‌soy.tommymtz for sharing this dance with me! Such a pleasure! 🫶

Who are period pants for? More people than you might think ❤️ @piperperiod
I don’t use tampons, so period pants are my go-to. I wear them all the time, and for me, they’re simply part of my underwear drawer. But you don’t have to be on your period to wear them.

They can be that extra bit of reassurance at the gym or when your cycle becomes less predictable during perimenopause. And even after your periods stop, you might still want absorbent underwear for everyday discharge.

From first periods to heavy days, overnight protection or just feeling a little more secure, there are so many reasons to reach for a pair. That’s what I love about them and why I created them. Something so practical can still feel like beautiful lingerie. You don’t have to choose between feeling comfortable and feeling like yourself.

That’s how I wear mine…how do you wear yours? 👀
