What’s for dinner tonight? A loaded baked potato that will actually fill you up! 🥔🔥 COMMENT “LINK” and I’ll send you the printable recipe plus links to all items used ✨ Crispy skin, fluffy potato, hearty beef chili, and all your favorite toppings. So delicious, easy to make, and packed with protein. Make it your own! I skip the cheese because I keep kosher and don’t mix meat and dairy. With all these toppings, mine is loaded with flavor! CHILI-LOADED BAKED POTATOES Serves 4 For the potatoes: • 4 russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed • 3 cups water • 2 tbsp salt • About 3 tbsp olive oil, for brushing For the chili: • 3 tbsp olive oil • 5 ripe cluster tomatoes, tops removed • 1 large onion, chopped • 1 lb ground beef (85/15) • 4 garlic cloves, chopped • ⅓ cup tomato paste • 1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained • 1 tbsp paprika • 2–3 tsp salt, to taste • 1 tsp black pepper • 2 tsp ground cumin Toppings: Sliced ripe avocado, diced onion, chopped cilantro, sliced serrano chilies, and flaky salt. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Mix the water and salt in a bowl. Roll the scrubbed potatoes in the salt bath, then place on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Bake for 1 hour. 2. Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a 4-quart pot over medium heat. Place tomatoes cut-side down, add the onion in the center, and cover. Cook about 10 minutes, until the tomato skins loosen. If needed, cover for another 3–5 minutes. 3. Remove the tomato skins and mash the tomatoes well. Add beef, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Break up the beef and mix well, then stir in tomato paste and beans. Cover and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked. 4. After the potatoes have baked for 1 hour, brush the skins with olive oil. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, until crisp and tender inside. 5. Carefully split potatoes lengthwise, open, and fluff the insides with a fork. Load with chili and your favorite toppings! Great for meal prep or a satisfying meal after a workout. Save this for your next dinner! ❤️ #sivanskitchen #bakedpotato #chili #highprotein #ea

Communism is the exact opposite of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - the very principles America was founded on.
Austin tech entrepreneur Adam Robinson, his wife Helen Sharp and their two children, ages 2 and 4, were among the nine people who died Sunday afternoon when a private jet crashed in Florida, according to Sharp's father, Dudley. Robinson's father told the American-Statesman that another couple from Austin who were friends with his son and daughter-in-law were also on board, but he declined to identify them. He said the couple's nanny, who resided in Colorado, also was on the plane. The Learjet 60 was flying from Austin to the Bahamas when it crashed in a residential area near Cresthaven, Fla. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 14 international solidarity activists face deportation for accompanying Palestinian olive harvester in al-Lubban al-Gharbi They have now been moved to a visa revocation hearing. On October 29th, 14 international solidarity activists were arrested and are now facing deportation after being detained by Israeli occupation forces while accompanying Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest northwest of Ramallah. After armed settlers forced the farmers and activists out of the fields and into the village, occupation soldiers surrounded and entered a Palestinian house where the 14 activists had gathered. They were all detained and accused of violating a Closed Military Zone order, though no such order had been presented to them in the olive fields. The activists were then brought to an Israeli police station and questioned. Israeli forces also detained the mayor of the village, severely beating him, damaging his property, and warning him not to return to his olive fields again. This village, along with many others in the western Ramallah area, have faced increasing attacks by Israeli settlers and occupation forces seeking to cut off Palestinian access to agricultural land and ethnically cleanse the area entirely.
