Strong > Skinny ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜ค The biggest difference between these two physiques? FOOD!! Both were built through intense training and discipline but learning to eat more and properly fuel my body has made such a difference. More food means more energy to push yourself in the gym and build the muscle you're working so hard for :) Being lean year-round isn't my goal right now!!! I want to keep getting stronger and improving my physique for next seasonโ€ฆFOOD IS FUEL ๐Ÿซฐ๐Ÿ˜› #bodybuilding #gymgirl #bulk #motivation #gym
Well, itโ€™s reveal time! The secret Iโ€™ve been keeping from you guys.. I guess, itโ€™s time to let out now? A tiny part of me, that I always keep for myselfโ€ฆ is my poetry! Yes yes I write poetry & proudly call myself a poet around my friends! Itโ€™s a part of me I discovered naturally I guess through the rough times in life, where writing made me feel at ease, gave me more clarity, and made me find the beauty in lifeโ€ฆ Now you will say, why donโ€™t you share some? Maybe I will, maybe not Itโ€™s just that, everything about my life is out here to be complimented or criticised, & thatโ€™s completely fine as it helps me grow.. But poetry? I want to flow while I write it. Forget about the world, & listen to my heart.. Maybe thatโ€™s a part of me That reminds me of who I am ๐Ÿ–ค So maybe, someday This poet will put out a part of her Out & about into the world.. Maybe someday, Iโ€™ll let you read The words Iโ€™ve never said out loud. Until then, this little poet Asks for a promise, To be kind & gentle.. To yourself & others too, For lifeโ€™s all about Staying true.. Yours, bb ๐Ÿฏ
