Morning Ad A new bed and mattress for my son Richard and his fiancé Kirsty, from @happybeds Come and see us putting their new bed together, from building the frame to getting the mattress on and ready for a good night’s sleep. We chose the Marley Taupe Brown Velvet Ottoman Storage Bed, and I absolutely love the colour and velvet finish. It looks gorgeous already! The mattress is the SleepSoul Space 2000 Pocket Spring Pillowtop Mattress, and it feels so comfortable. With 2000 pocket springs and a lovely pillowtop finish, it’s the perfect combination of comfort and support. This is part one of our little bedroom makeover with Happy Beds, so keep an eye out for part two, where I’ll be styling the bed and showing you how it all comes together in their bedroom. Use discount code MYCONVERTEDCOTTAGE10 for 10% off your order. Linked on my stories and valid until 20/11/26 Have a fab Tuesday xx #happybeds #bedroommakeover #ottomanbed #bedroominspiration #velvetottomanbed Happy Beds | Marley Taupe Brown Velvet Ottoman Storage Bed | SleepSoul Space 2000 Pocket Spring Pillowtop Mattress | velvet ottoman bed | taupe brown bed | pocket spring mattress | bedroom makeover | bedroom styling | bedroom inspiration | bed styling | bedroom ideas
In late 2024, a Georgia family paid a veterinary clinic to humanely euthanize their four year old pug, Jaxon, whose health was declining. Months later, they were stunned to discover their dog alive in a Facebook post, living with a clinic employee. Instead of performing the procedure, the employee had quietly taken Jaxon home to provide care without telling the family. After the discovery went viral and the owners confronted the clinic, the employee surrendered Jaxon, returning the dog to the family.

Interviews with lawmakers, lobbyists, former staffers, GOP operatives, Democratic organizers and Miami voters who know GOP Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar revealed the extent of the damage to her once-glittering political brand. ㅤ Suddenly, she is as despised by some in her party as she is loved. ㅤ Local Democrats loathe her, viewing Salazar as a hypocrite who has betrayed a vibrant city remade by an explosion of Latino culture and language. Those who support the administration’s mass deportation agenda view her as an existential threat to Trump’s restrictive immigration policies. ㅤ Salazar’s predicament is unmistakable in the final days of the midterm campaign. She is facing what appear to be gale force Democratic winds while at the same time navigating the political hazards of one of the GOP’s most radioactive issues. ㅤ Read the full story at the link in our bio. 📸 Ysana Perez for POLITICO
