Charred cabbage with creamy miso mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 for everyone who needs their vegetable side dish to be as good as the main. This recipe was THE most-made by you over the holiday season after I shared it this time last year!! Nothing more rewarding than creating something that others also enjoy 🥰

Full recipe on the site or comment “LINK” and I’ll send it to your DMs (where you can also save to email).

Things you’ll need 📝 🛒
* Green cabbage about 2 lbs
* 1 lb mushrooms mix (enoki, shimeji (beech), black oyster, hand-shredded king (trumpet) oyster, sliced shiitake, cremini, etc.)
* butter
* garlic
* ¼ C heavy cream
* 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
* soy sauce

On my way to the gym, but I couldn’t resist stopping for a quick picture by this beautiful tree. 🍂🤎 I absolutely love autumn 🍁

Hi Tuesday 💙
