North Richmond project complete for Sydney Water.
ERG installed Spandek 0.48BMT covering the roof, fascia’s and cladding. Mini orb 0.42BMT was used for the eaves with added Bradford eaves vents.
We also assembled a 600mm throat vent ridge, 250mm half round gutters and 100mm round downpipes were used to manage the rainwater.
