Happy 2nd Birthday to my baby boy Shymere Allen Orr… 2 years already 🥹 you are growing up so fast and I love every minute of it. Daddy loves you ❤️

whoever is in charge of my voodoo doll…

ad One morning doing my makeup I looked in the mirror and thought, you look SO tired 😩 Dull, dry, no glow.

Three kids, a house move and never being the best sleeper will do that... and I’m not getting any younger either. 😂

My mum has been taking @elavatesuperfoods for ages and kept telling me to try it, so I finally gave it a try. I’m not very good at sticking to things, but a scoop of vanilla in my morning smoothie has actually stuck.

A few months in, my skin looks more hydrated, I look less tired around the eyes and my hair feels softer. I even ache a little less after my long runs 🏃‍♀️ - it’s not a miracle worker, but I’ll take it.

They’ve got a 90-day money back guarantee and always have an offer on. The link is in my bio @katie_ellison ✨

every one of these photos was taken this year, normally id just post the first one but I don’t want to always only share the highlights when that’s not what real life looks like all of the time

I’ve dealt with bloating for my entire adult life (and to be honest I’m not surprised with the way that I’ve treated my body over the years this isn’t a “poor me” post) but a couple of months ago I started a gut health protocol with my functional health practitioner, eating low FODMAP and dairy free and since then, the only time I’ve bloated was the first couple of days after starting creatine (which has now completely settled)

for someone who has lived with painful bloating for so long, this feels like a miracle 🥹

btw I won’t be on this diet forever and we’re going to look to start phasing these foods back in at some stage, but I’m excited to see where this gut healing journey takes me because it’s not just about the bloating, it’s the energy levels, the digestion, the ability to build muscle because I’ve also been dealing with a absorption issues... so its been a lot!

please also know I’m just sharing what’s working for me (and this doesn’t replace medical advice). bloating is common but it is not normal, and it is so difficult/impossoble to self-diagnose so if it’s something you’ve been dealing with like I have, I always recommend working with a professional.

if you want to try it with me, my 4 week nutrition and gut reset starts tomorrow worldwide ❤️ I actually created it for myself based on the work I’ve been doing with my practitioner, but so many of you asked how I’ve been eating that I wanted to share it. it’s $35 USD (one-off payment, lifetime access) for the next 24 hours only.

comment REALIGN and I’ll send you the link, or you can find more details in my bio 💛

As parents, we tend to worry about every little change in our babies. ❤️

But did you know that things like frequent vomiting, skin rashes or refusing feeds could sometimes be signs of Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA)?

I recently came across this and realised how easily these symptoms can be mistaken for common baby problems.

So, I thought of sharing a few things I learnt with you, along with @aptaclub_india 💙

Of course, not every symptom means CMPA, so it’s important not to jump to conclusions. If you notice any of these signs, do speak to your paediatrician.

After all, as parents, the more aware we are, the better we can care for our little ones. 💕

Just home from a trip I honestly couldn’t even have dreamed of. When I sold my homebred Dali earlier in the year to Prince Moulay Hicham of Morocco, I was immediately told that I was welcome to visit him at any time. This weekend we took the prince up on his offer and it was such a joy to not only see Dali again but to feel so welcomed and part of the family. It was a true trip of a lifetime and something I doubt I will experience again.
Thank you @hichamalaoui1964 and @lyazidiamin for taking such amazing care of my darling Dali and for allowing me to have another spin on him.
I took lots of clips from our trip so I’m going to try and put them together into a video. There’s so much to show from our first visit to Morocco ☺️
