Introducing Chef Tamara Solon for our second Alumni Series Dinner!
Growing up in Edmonton, Tamara was inspired by diverse cultural foods and the central role of family meals in her Ukrainian heritage. A NAIT culinary school graduate, she has been with Chartier since 2016, focusing on sustainable practices and strong relationships with local farmers.
With accolades like being featured on The Food Network’s “Big Food Bucket List” and winning “Best Brunch” from Avenue Magazine.
