30-Year-Old Tenerife Striker, Jesús de Miguel, D+es After Suffering Cardiac Arrest Following On-Pitch Collision During Match Spanish football club CD Tenerife has announced the d+ath of its striker, Jesús de Miguel, aged 30, a day after he suffered a cardiac arrest following a collision during a league match. De Miguel collapsed after colliding with Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono during a Segunda División encounter between both sides. The incident occurred seven minutes into stoppage time when Owono rushed out of his area to clear a long ball but struck the forward in the chest with his knee. The match was subsequently abandoned as players from both teams immediately called for medical assistance. Medical personnel attended to De Miguel on the pitch for more than five minutes before he was transported to a hospital by ambulance. Despite the medical intervention, the 30-year-old d+ed on Tuesday, prompting an outpouring of tributes from football clubs, players and officials across Spain. Tenerife confirmed his passing in an emotional statement, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of the forward. The Spanish Football Federation also postponed all matches scheduled for Tuesday as a mark of respect, while UEFA announced that a minute of silence would be observed before European fixtures this week. De Miguel was born in Madrid in 1996 and joined Tenerife from Castellón ahead of the 2025/26 season. He scored 11 goals last season.
we are THREE now!❤️ After nine long months of waiting, dreaming and imagining this moment our little boy is finally here. Without a doubt this is the most beautiful and precious moment of our lives. I still cant put into words what I felt when I first saw him. I cried and I cried a lot I don’t know why but those tears carried emotions that words could never explain In that moment everything else just faded away. But there is someone who deserves all the love respect and admiration in the world is Nayan. What she went through to bring our little one into this world is something I can never fully describe. The pain the strength and the courage she showed were beyond anything I could have imagined Seeing her go through it made me realise just how strong a woman can be. My respect for her has grown beyond words She is not just a champion she is a fighter and I couldn’t be prouder of her. Nayan,You are the strongest person I know and you showed me the true meaning of strength And to our little boy you have already made our world more beautiful than we ever imagined. Our hearts are fuller, our world is brighter and our lives will never be the same again.
