4 months agoI came across someone that said shabbat is Wednesday and Thursday for the rest of the year. I've never heard that before and this is coming from a Hebrew.
9 months agoBrother you are well versed in the Word. Very well studied, and that’s super awesome.., but there’s something about your way of teaching, or delivery that just turns me off. First of all I definitely agree with you about the fact we shouldn’t be celebrating Christmas, or any pagan holidays. I used to think this verse was about crismas trees, but I think it’s actually more about carving idols or statues out of trees and then dressing them up with real gold and or silver to increase their value and idolship, if that’s a word. But I’m not really here to argue over who’s right over this verse, what does concern me is the way you act like kid in elementary school mocking a fellow classmate. It’s a form of pride.., like saying “I have the knowledge”, as if, and you’re over here saying “well I’m only worshipping JC” etc. imagine an older lady or gentleman that has never been taught it’s wrong to celebrate crismas, and they attend one of your meetings/scripture readings and you’re mocking them basically. Is that considered loving your neighbor? and do you think that shaming helps lead them to the truth? I just Yahusha would be more patient and more humble in this/these situations. I’m pretty sure most of us used to celebrate it, or at least had to come out of some kind of false way or teaching, and I don’t remember anytime where I was mocked or shamed for doing something wrong actually ever helped me. We need to practice reverence when we carry Aluah’s word. I don’t think you would appreciate someone mocking you. Again, you have some great knowledge, probably more than most.., I know for a fact that I could learn some stuff from you, and I’ve actually been invited by someone that attends your meetings, but I just have to pass because of deliveries like this. I expect you might not receive this well, but just think about this as a new year is approaching soon. I think you could reach so many more lost people if you chose a more humble/reverany way of delivering your messages. Hope the best for you brother.
a year agoSorry bruh, He is talking about making idols in that scripture not Christmas trees. Christmas was first celebrated in 300 ad that’s like a thousand years after the book you quote.
