THE REVIEWS ARE IN!

When the Tough Times Family Band hits the stage, we turn every function into a full-throttle, high-octane party! 💥🔥 No brakes, all gas ⛽️

Who’s ready to turn it up with the TTFB?!

My first marathon at 40. Another Day In Paradise.

My wife, kids, mother-in-law, friends and extended family came to support me through all five boroughs of NYC - plus thousands of strangers cheering us all on - and my heart has never felt so full. New York, I love you.

About a year ago, I decided to see how long I could run for. I’d never been past the 10k mark and certainly never timed myself or looked at my heart rate. The feeling I got made me realise why people get so obsessed with running. I’m an anxious person and often doubt my own thinking. When I’m running, I feel like I get some clarity.

I started running nearly every morning and while loving it, was not getting any faster and also starting to get injured pretty regularly like the old guy I am. I was introduced to running coach @nickcusseneers by my best friend and I haven’t done a run that he hasn’t put in the calendar for me since. Nick’s guidance is how I went from struggling to keep a 6-minute kilometres pace to running a 3:23 in my first marathon. In this digital world, I’m so grateful to have had a real person help me reach my goals.

Thank you to Nick. LONDON 2027 NEXT 🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
