Hibiscus fragilis, the mandrinette, is an extremely rare shrub that is endemic to steep slopes of the mountains Corps de Garde and Le Morne Brabant on Mauritius and from two further plants on Rodrigues. The mandrinette is an evergreen plant with flowers 7–10 cm diameter with five bright pink to carmine red petals.

HAPPY GODZILLA DAY!

Here’s the huge commission I was working on all last month that took up almost 40 hours of my time! What a blast seeing this come together. I had to export this file multiple times because of how big it was😭 This was by far my biggest piece ever done as a commission and I’m very thankful!

And I’m so HYPED to see Minus Zero tonight at 7 in IMAX! I’m really not ready for this movie to hit and be experienced already! The anticipation for this movie has been crazy and I really can’t wait to get out of class and get seated in the theater. Hope everyone enjoys Godzilla day!

Ellie is finally old enough to LOVE trick-or-treating! 🥹🩷 backstory ::: We finally decided on our family costumes this year and went with The Office for our theme! We figured it’s the last year that Ellie will not care what costume she wears and we’ve always wanted to do this theme, so we just did it! 🤩 It was so funny trick or treating with our cart full of paper! Ellie was so cute because she was finally old enough to go up the doors and say trick-or-treat and really understand it! She had so much fun getting candy and treats! Sutton also loved getting some sweets, but it made her tired very quickly! 😂🥹 I am so excited for next year when both girls are walking, and can go up to the doors together! 🩷
