🎄✨Day 1 of 12 of Countdown to Mistletoe and Mimosas ✨🎄

We’re kicking things off the only way I know how... with a HOT COCOA BAR! 🍫 Willy Wonka would be so proud 😂 Made from scratch, piled high, and absolutely no rules. If your mug isn’t overflowing, are you even celebrating? 🙌🏽

☕️ HOMEMADE HOT COCOA (makes 4 mugs)
• 4 cups milk of your choice
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, for extra richness

1. Whisk the cocoa, sugar, salt and a splash of the milk into a paste in a saucepan.
2. Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat until steaming.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted, then the vanilla.
4. Pour into mugs and go wild at the bar!

🍭 THE TOPPINGS BAR 🍭
• Whipped cream
• Mini marshmallows
• Butter shortbread cookies
• Peppermint bark
• Holiday sprinkles
• Chocolate chips
• Chocolate Syrup
• Salted Caramel Sauce

It doesn’t have to be perfect, that’s the whole point 🤍 Let the kids dig in!

"We have chosen humanity over war."

First lady Melania Trump delivers a message of peace from the White House as Russian and Ukrainian delegations gather for an event focused on a temporary humanitarian ceasefire in Oleshky, in Ukraine's Kherson region.

"Every significant transformation begins with a small spark," she says, expressing hope that the agreement will inspire broader peace.
