CCCC is out in the world. 🌗 For so long, these songs belonged to the two of us. Now they’re finding their way to you. Two days in Rome, between music, friends, dancing, unexpected encounters and a little journey through the city’s record stores. There’s something beautiful about watching a record begin a life of its own. Thank you, Rome, for listening, showing up and sharing these first moments with us. A special thank you to @yokho.tribe , @studio33trastevere , @l863.it and @rhizome.rm , and everyone who helped make these two days happen. Much love to @yuxiangwang_ , @ra_dimartino and @martina.martorano for being part of this journey. Photos: @_leonardomambrini_ Video: @sofaitalia Now the music is yours. ❤️🌗
I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately. Sometimes life happens, and you have to take a step back, breathe, and deal with things that matter beyond what people see on social media. I was supposed to compete this weekend, but I’ve made the decision to step away from the stage for now. As much as I love competing, as much as I love this sport, and as ready as I was to step on stage, sometimes life requires you to put other things first. I once read something that stuck with me: “Have you ever noticed that when you miss a turn, your GPS never says you’ve failed? It simply says ‘recalculating’ or ‘rerouting’?” That’s life sometimes. You don’t always lose your way. Sometimes you just need to find a different route. The stage will always be there. And I’ll be back doing what I love. For now, I’m rerouting. Focusing on myself, my life, and the things that truly need my attention. This isn’t the end. Just a different route. 🖤 #bodybuilding#mentalhealth#ifbbpro#growth#mensphysique
SO EASY to stay ripped when every single meal is perfectly tracked AND delicious. I’m so lucky I found @eatcleanbro 140 calories 22g carbs 3g fat 5g pro So good. 100% beef 310 calories 22g protein 40g carbs 8g fat 100% beef Chickpea salad and chicken 54g protein 40g carbs 20g fat 100% beef
So basically anything I do needs to be done by lunchtime.🤣 I’m like a chicken now … tucked in by the time the sun goes down. 😜 And NOT BY CHOICE!!! Time to stock up on vitamin D and put on my big girl pants … which, for the foreseeable future, will be PJ’S, I guess!🤷‍♀️😂 Who else needs more daylight & sunshine?? Let’s commiserate together!😜 _________________ fall time change, winter mood, getting dark early, relatable midlife humor, Gen X women, fall yardwork
Modi ji, I challenge you to an open debate about this. Any stage, any time. Come if you have the guts.
